1. About These Terms

The kxysoft website is operated by kxysoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply when you use our online store or buy something through it. They apply alongside the product details and policies shown before checkout.

2. Store Use

When placing an order, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to make the purchase or, if required, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for illegal activity or fraud, disrupt how it operates, or access information or systems without authorization.

3. Product Details and Availability

Before purchasing, check the product description, sizing, materials, and care instructions. Colors may look different depending on your device and display settings. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, materially unlike its description, or sent to you by mistake.

We work to keep product details, prices, and availability current and correct. If an error affects your order, we’ll explain the issue and the options available. We won’t send a substitute product or charge you an additional amount unless you agree. If we’re unable to fulfill an order, we’ll let you know and refund any payment collected for the items we cannot supply.

4. Pricing and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. Any applicable taxes and the order total will be shown before you pay.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Checkout lists the payment methods available for your order. Payments are handled through the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated carrier transit of 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

For an address correction, order change, or cancellation request, email hello@kxysoft.com promptly. We’ll check whether we can make the change before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay the return shipping cost and do not charge restocking or return handling fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll inform you of the outcome. For an approved return, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Privacy

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or make a purchase, Shopify processes information to provide its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

8. Website Content and Third-Party Services

Materials on this website may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or by third parties. Buying a product does not transfer any such rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to an external service does not, by itself, mean we are affiliated with or endorse that service. Before using an external service, review its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Issues, Your Rights, and Updates

If something goes wrong with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you place an order will apply to that purchase. We’ll communicate material changes when required.
